On Sunday, September 17 2017, The Pagedale Police Department hosted The Pagedale City Festival. This event was a tremendous opportunity to build relationships between neighbors with law enforcement.
During a year filled with tension related to police and community relations across the country, Pagedale Festival was a time for positive connections, a chance to have a little fun and get to know each other better.
With this being a newly rebuild Police Department first Pagedale Festival, we were excited and appreciative how much the residents spoke so highly of the police department and the officers that serve them.
The Pagedale Festival is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, better places to live. It was just one day, but it was also one more way that the Pagedale’s Police Department is working to build relationships and connect on a more personal level.
